Manchester United are interested in Crystal Palace’s Marc Guehi.
As reported via the Stretty Newsletter by editor Dale O’Donnell, the Reds have enquired about the Palace defender to check on his situation at the London club.
Guehi has a clause in his contract that gives Chelsea first refusal on a potential deal, but Erik ten Hag is monitoring the situation amid his search for another centre-back.
Guehi’s move to Palace
The 22-year-old progressed through the academy setup at Cobham before progressing to Chelsea’s senior squad, where he was sent on two loan spells to Swansea City to gain experience. He then completed a permanent move to Selhurst Park in 2021 for a reported fee of £18 million.
The Eagles have overseen a lacklustre season thus far and currently sit 12th in the Premier League. Given his talent and potential, Guehi may opt to take on a new venture at the end of the season.
