Manchester United to sell seven players after Andre Onana deal

A busy transfer window awaits Manchester United.

Manchester United want to sell at least seven players in the coming weeks as they prepare for a busy summer transfer window, according to the Daily Star.

Erik ten Hag has always wanted to clear out players who he deems surplus to requirements. A £55m deal plus £5m in add-ons was agreed during the week with Chelsea as the England midfielder became our first signing of the summer.

Further reinforcements in both attack and defence are expected to follow.

A lot will the depend on the futures of certain players because not all of them will be easy to sell. United have already struggled on that front since the end of last season and it’s a common theme for the football club.

Those players include Harry Maguire, Eric Bailly, Alex Telles, Fred, Donny van de Beek, Anthony Elanga and Dean Henderson.

United are currently in the process of working on a deal for Inter Milan keeper Andre Onana. Once that is secured, we should see movement with Henderson at the very least.
